Dive with whale sharks, reef and oceanic sharks, rays of various species and sizes, countless tropical and subtropical fish species, and during the winter months, humpback whales.
We present to you the minimum recommended program to discover the underwater treasures of this corner of Mozambique. If you can dedicate more days, even better, or perhaps consider combining it with another nearby diving destination where we also work.

Where to fly
We recommend flying into Maputo, and from there, the local airline Linhas Aéreas de Moçambique (LAM) offers a domestic flight to Inhambane, which is just 23 km from where wer are located.
Alternatively, you can also fly to Johannesburg, South Africa, and from there take a flight to Inhambane, or with Airlink, there is a flight to Vilanculos, where we can come and pick you up (4 hours drive approximately).
From your arrival in African lands to your departure, we will always be by your side, accompanying you on this experience.
Day 1
ARRIVAL TO MOZAMBIQUE
Arrival at Inhambane Airport (Mozambique), where we will be waiting for you. Road transfer to Praia do Tofo or Praia da Barra (20 minutes).
Upon arrival, we will check in at the dive center and your accommodation.
Free afternoon to explore the fishing village of Tofo and the nearby Praia da Barra.
Dinner (not included) can be arranged at your accommodation or a local restaurant
Day 2 to day 6
DIVING IN BARRA/ TOFO
Daily breakfasts at the accommodation, with transfers to the dive center as needed.
We schedule two morning dives daily, with the option of a third dive in the afternoon or another activity.
There is also the possibility to swim with megafauna whenever it is safe and possible: humpback whales, whale sharks, manta rays, dolphins, turtles...
Lunch and dinners (not included) can be enjoyed at the accommodation or local restaurants.

Day 7
DAY OF TO RELAX
Breakfast at the accommodation. A free day without diving.
Relax or enjoy optional extra activities, such as a boat trip to swim with whale sharks, dolphins, and manta rays; a whale-watching excursion (July–November); an estuary tour in Inhambane to spot flamingos and snorkel with seahorses and other macrolife; kayaking; sailing trips on a dhow or catamaran; visits to the bay islands; surfing, kitesurfing, or stand-up paddleboarding; quad bike excursions; visits to local villages; cultural guided tours; or massages and relaxation.
Accommodation in Praia do Tofo or Praia da Barra (subject to availability).
Day 8
DEPARTURE
Breakfast at the accommodation. Free morning to relax.
Road transfer to Inhambane Airport (20 minutes).
*** Optional transfer to Vilanculos Airport (not included, 4 hours).
International flight back to your destination.

• 50% deposit required to confirm the booking of the Experience, and remaining 50% to be paid 60 days prior to arrival • All payments done by providing bank card details will carry an extra 5% (bank fees) • All payments done through PayPal will carry an extra 5% • All payments done by bank transfers to be done using “banking our instructions” (client pays all bank transfer charges) • By paying the deposit you are deemed to have accepted our terms & conditions • Cancellations before 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of total booking amount (during local public holidays will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total booking amount) • Cancellations after 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total booking amount • Dive trips being cancelled due to bad weather not refundable • If as a result of a major force, such as a pandemic or political instability, the trip cannot be made on the scheduled dates, the amount paid is not refundable and the trip will be rescheduled for other dates in accordance with the availability of the client and Mozambique Experience •
